What you will do

• Define the data engineering and integration strategy for a ground-up MarTech platform.
• Design integrations across CDPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Consent Management, and Customer Engagement platforms.
• Translate complex business use cases into concrete technical solutions for engineering teams to scale.
• Lead engineering teams, review technical designs, and set standards for data modeling and governance.
• Challenge vendors and manage the technical roadmap of the marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), identity resolution, and audience strategy.
• Strong background in data engineering and designing scalable, event-driven integration architectures.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, governance, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in complex international environments.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
