What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Export Control matters.
• Perform ECCN classification of commodities under EU and US legislation.
• Manage export license applications, determinations, and submissions.
• Execute daily restricted party screenings to prevent illegal supplies.
• Develop and optimize global and regional export control processes and IT tool requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings with Customs and Export Control Authorities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Export Control and International Trade.
• In-depth knowledge of EU and US legislation, including ECCN, embargoes, and sanctions.
• Proven experience classifying products and software under ECCN frameworks.
• Experience with ISP and BIS export license processes.
• Experience working within a global business environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of electronics or software.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
