What you will do

• Develop and maintain ML and GenAI solutions aligned with business and client needs.
• Build LLM-based applications using prompt engineering and orchestration flows.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
• Utilize vector databases such as pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate for semantic search.
• Develop integrations using MCP to connect AI systems with external tools and APIs.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI workloads in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Python development (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models and LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency with frameworks like LangChain or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience designing RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
• Knowledge of API development and system integration.
• Must be based in Romania

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Exposure to AI safety, guardrails, or evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring, or frontend technologies for AI apps.
