Graduate Data Scientist and Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK, or UAE. Office attendance is required at least 3 days per week.

Salary: PLN 12,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

• Build analytical tools and ML models, including dashboards and ETLs, to support product launches.
• Optimize user sign-up flows and operational funnels to improve visibility.
• Enhance and maintain data infrastructure using ETLs and LookML.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Product teams to refine features and uncover insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on conversion rates, incentive profitability, and interest rate sensitivity.
• Communicate key outcomes and progress to global teams.

Requirements

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a related field.
• Graduation date in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to attend a Revolut office in the country of employment at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Interest in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering.
