What you will do

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Manage IT equipment procurement and coordinate logistics for remote employees.
• Prepare and support strategic online broadcasts and presentations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Help Desk Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac operating systems, and Office 365.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, ESET, and Exchange 2019.
• Familiarity with network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
