What you will do

  • Develop and execute production plans across processing, packaging, and component product lines.
  • Align production capacity with demand forecasts and adapt schedules to meet changing customer needs.
  • Contribute actively to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by translating forecasts into actionable plans.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve planning workflows.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to support problem-solving and drive operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order production processes.
  • Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Modena, Italy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP APO.
