Location: Must be based in Australia

What you will do
- Evaluate and resolve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting and expert VMware knowledge.
- Provide hands-on assistance to end users via remote connectivity and collaborative tools.
- Develop and implement configuration changes to resolve incidents and optimize system performance.
- Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data-related issues.
- Collaborate with virtual team members to share knowledge and improve diagnostic methodologies.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia
- Fluent English and Japanese (verbal and written) required
- 10+ years of experience across the VMware technology footprint
- Technical expertise in vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SRM, and Aria Suite
- Proven history of solving complex problems across multiple VMware components
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dell VxRail, VCF, Aria Automation, Horizon View, or VMware TKG
