What you will do

• Optimize core neural network algorithms to enhance inference speed and generation quality.
• Integrate diverse TTS components into a unified, flexible pipeline supporting 30+ languages.
• Design, implement, and maintain embedded SDKs for various platforms and cloud APIs.
• Build automated testing and release processes to monitor KPIs like latency and RTF.
• Maintain and improve codebases developed by R&D engineers.
• Create technical documentation, including release notes, SDK guides, and API references.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in TTS system development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python with mastery of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or TorchScript.
• Understanding of acoustic models, neural vocoders, and voice cloning techniques.

Nice to have

• Background in NLP techniques or speech signal processing.
• Experience with zero-shot or emotional TTS systems.
