What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and services to solve real customer and business challenges.
• Build and integrate systems using LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, and automation workflows.
• Develop production-grade AI solutions with a strong focus on quality, scalability, observability, and security.
• Build data pipelines, model integrations, APIs, and services to enable AI capabilities across products.
• Improve AI reliability through prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML-powered applications and deploying them into production.
• Deep understanding of modern AI concepts: LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience with AI tooling and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, APIs, infrastructure as code).
• Must be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as payments, fintech, banking, or fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of ML operations (MLOps), model lifecycle management, and governance.
• Experience with document intelligence, anomaly detection, or personalization systems.
