What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
• Oversee content creation and management to ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Actively engage with followers and foster a positive brand community.
• Monitor social media metrics to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for consistent messaging.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media management experience with a focus on Crypto, Web3, or Fintech.
• Deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and Fintech trends and community dynamics.
• Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and platform-specific best practices.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools for performance tracking.
• Experience creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for community engagement and storytelling.
