What you will do

• Supervise, organize, and allocate work for staff operating the central tool crib.
• Oversee inventory counting, stock level evaluation, and procurement of tools and supplies.
• Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor fuel management regulations and maintain accurate records for timekeeping and costing.
• Communicate with customers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assume responsibilities of the Head Tool Crib/Store Operator when required.

Requirements

• High school graduation and at least five years of related experience.
• Valid class 5 BC Drivers’ License.
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in various trades.
• Ability to supervise staff and initiate action to resolve day-to-day operational problems.
