TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (GRC): Serving as a post-implementation technical expert and strategic partner for enterprise customers, mapping business processes to the Risk Cloud platform with an accent on technical solutioning, platform configuration, and AI feature optimization. Focus on driving user adoption, managing complex escalations, and ensuring long-term account health through data-driven program tracking.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in Chicago, IL).
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year + variable + equity.

What you will do
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers as a trusted advisor on the Risk Cloud platform.
- Perform autonomous technical solutioning, including custom workflow routing and advanced platform configuration.
- Manage complex client delivery and platform risks through transparent escalation protocols.
- Maintain rigorous account documentation and project tracking using Mutual Success Plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
- Educate and guide customers on leveraging built-in generative AI capabilities and automation engines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Manager) or GRC advisory.
- Proven track record of technical autonomy with configurable, low-code/no-code software architectures.
- Elite verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- High degree of accountability and professionalism in managing customer milestones.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Practical mastery of GRC frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
- Experience with the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, and Planhat.
- Active personal utilization of generative AI tools for workflow optimization.
- Experience supporting large-tier, multi-threaded enterprise accounts.
