Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: $95,000–$125,000 (Base + Variable)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 30–40 enterprise accounts as the primary relationship holder for investment teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption and value by defining success criteria and ensuring clients achieve their business objectives.
- Lead data-driven Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to align on goals and secure renewals.
- Identify and grow upsell opportunities based on a deep understanding of customer investment strategies.
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product, engineering, and sales roadmaps.
- Advise customers on configuring the platform to their specific workflows and stay at the forefront of AI integration.
Requirements
- 1.5–4 years of experience as a CSM or Client Success Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end renewals and upsells.
- Experience working with enterprise-level accounts and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Background in CRE tech, proptech, or financial technology.
- Experience supporting complex, configurable SaaS products.
- Familiarity with the CRE acquisition process.
- Salesforce experience.
