What you will do

• Provide timely, empathetic responses to inbound support requests from political campaigns and advocacy groups.
• Triage and resolve client issues by collaborating with sales, product, data, and engineering teams.
• Assist new customers with platform onboarding and initial setup.
• Escalate complex or urgent technical issues according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing skills training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics.
• At least one year of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools in political or nonprofit settings.
• Prior experience using NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong logical problem-solving abilities.
• Professional phone manner and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
