Exercise Planner / Collection Manager

TL;DR

Exercise Planner / Collection Manager (Defense/Intelligence): Supporting Air Operations Center (AOC) intelligence and collection management operations by coordinating ISR planning and synchronizing collection activities. Focus on developing collection plans, ISR synchronization matrices, and RSTA annexes to support operational objectives in a joint or multi-service environment.

Location: Onsite position in the United States. Requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

What you will do

• Coordinate ISR planning and prioritize intelligence requirements for AOC operations.
• Develop prioritized collection lists, ISR synchronization matrices, and RSTA annexes.
• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and ensure replication requirements are validated.
• Manage cross-cueing guidance between internal and external agencies.
• Participate in exercise deliberate planning and execution as a liaison officer.
• Collaborate with SMEs and service LNOs to synchronize collection activities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Associate degree and 3+ years of experience in AOC/MAJCOM collection management.
• 3+ years of experience as an ISR analyst, mentor, or instructor.
• Proficiency with CM systems including PRISM and RMS.
• Experience as an exercise designer, planner, or director.
• Understanding of ISR operations planning, tasking, and coordination.

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• AFFOR or MAJCOM staff experience.
