What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
- Manage end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and go-live support.
- Serve as the primary technical expert, helping healthcare organizations automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive customer adoption by optimizing workflows and maximizing long-term value from the AI platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Build scalable implementation methodologies, playbooks, and technical documentation to improve deployment quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within high-growth tech companies.
- Proven success in supporting SaaS or enterprise software implementations from discovery to launch.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Must be based in Washington, D.C. and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare software, EMRs/EHRs, or healthcare integrations.
- Experience working in VC-backed Series B-D technology companies.
