Salary: $130,000 annually

What you will do
- Identify and develop partnerships for fast charging, home charging installation, dock setup, real estate development, and accessory installation
- Run discovery, conduct demos, and drive negotiations for multi-unit sales opportunities
- Nurture multi-unit prospects through long-term, high-consideration sales motions
- Write and negotiate complex partnership deals, including Arc SLAs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build a prioritized partnership roadmap that increases revenue and improves customer experience
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnership/fleet sales content; define and continuously improve the fleet sales and partnership playbook
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales, business development, or account management with a track record of sourcing and closing partnership and multi-unit contracts
- Experience with EV charging
- Experience with direct-to-consumer sales
- Hands-on boating experience, including the ability to tow, trailer, and operate a boat solo in real-world conditions
- Proven ability to build pipeline from zero and strong closing instincts
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
