What you will do

• Lead design initiatives including journey mapping, wireframing, and UI development.
• Manage and mentor a team of product designers through regular 1:1s and feedback.
• Partner with engineering and product management to translate business strategy into intuitive user flows.
• Scale and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and team efficiency.
• Define design workflows and cross-functional handoff processes.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment while elevating the overall quality of design craft.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products.
• Proven track record in mentoring designers or managing small teams.
• Exceptional strength in both UX and visual design with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate high-level business strategy into elegant digital solutions.
• Experience building and scaling robust design systems.
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience in video games, sports betting, or gaming ecosystems.
• Experience taking a 0→1 product to market.
