Senior Client Success Manager (Fintech): Managing the post-sales lifecycle for hirify.global’s largest enterprise clients with an accent on strategic advisory, platform adoption, and revenue growth. Focus on building deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders, optimizing complex wealth management workflows, and driving long-term value through data-driven engagement strategies.

Location: London, UK. Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation to renewal, ensuring sustained engagement and product adoption.
  • Forge deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to daily platform users.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans and drive expansion, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
  • Lead impactful presentations and product demonstrations to align platform capabilities with client business objectives.
  • Represent client needs cross-functionally across Product, R&D, and Support teams to shape future solutions.
  • Identify and resolve functional or workflow obstacles to enhance platform utilization and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles (sales, client management, or success) within financial or wealth management services.
  • Proven track record in managing complex enterprise relationships and driving organizational change.
  • Deep knowledge of front, middle, and back-office operations in wealth management, including portfolio management and compliance.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical products and complex software implementations.
  • Background in consulting or strategy positions within large enterprises.
