What you will do
- Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation to renewal, ensuring sustained engagement and product adoption.
- Forge deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to daily platform users.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans and drive expansion, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
- Lead impactful presentations and product demonstrations to align platform capabilities with client business objectives.
- Represent client needs cross-functionally across Product, R&D, and Support teams to shape future solutions.
- Identify and resolve functional or workflow obstacles to enhance platform utilization and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles (sales, client management, or success) within financial or wealth management services.
- Proven track record in managing complex enterprise relationships and driving organizational change.
- Deep knowledge of front, middle, and back-office operations in wealth management, including portfolio management and compliance.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience with technical products and complex software implementations.
- Background in consulting or strategy positions within large enterprises.
