Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering (SaaS): Leading the Customer Success Engineering team across EMEA and APAC to drive technical adoption and customer outcomes with an accent on operational discipline and cross-functional sales partnership. Focus on scaling team performance, optimizing account prioritization, and turning hirify.global into critical API infrastructure for enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Engineers across EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with International Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and shape technical engagement strategies.
  • Establish operational cadences for KPI tracking, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
  • Drive adoption, value acceleration, and measurable customer outcomes within complex enterprise portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate customer technical blockers and workflow patterns into actionable roadmap feedback.
  • Own strategic initiatives and OKRs to ensure consistent execution quality and team accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, TAM, or Consulting.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing technical or post-sales teams.
  • Proven track record of managing globally distributed teams across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with experience building scalable processes and execution frameworks.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, developer workflows, CI/CD systems, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in the London office.
