Compensation: $140,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead hardware product development programs from initial concept through to mass production.
• Establish clear program objectives and execution strategies that balance schedule and risk.
• Guide project teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication across engineering disciplines and business stakeholders to manage risks and results.
• Champion best practices and processes to scale product development efforts.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a program management role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching hardware products.
• Strong communication skills across diverse engineering disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work onsite 5 days/week.
