What you will do
- Coordinate daily operations and streamline team workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Manage centralized resources and support special projects, data collection, and regular reporting for the VP.
- Plan and run internal events (retreats, kick-offs, team meetings) and manage meeting logistics and documentation for workgroups.
- Drive project and process management: scrum tracking, sprint planning support, and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by designing, generating, and implementing operational reports tied to company performance metrics.
- Collaborate across departments and support vendor onboarding and communication for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience with healthcare experience required (value-based care understanding preferred).
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables under hard deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks reliably.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
