What you will do

• Manage the planning cadence, QBRs, roadmaps, and the content intake and traffic system.
• Administer Salesforce and Pardot marketing-specific workflows in partnership with RevOps.
• Lead the rollout of AI and agentic workflows, defining playbooks and tracking efficiency gains.
• Oversee delivery for high-impact cross-functional programs, including AI-first repositioning and exit readiness.
• Maintain attribution model plumbing to ensure clean pipeline reporting for the board and data rooms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management or marketing/revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, and project management tools.
• Proven track record as an AI-first operator implementing agentic workflows.
• Ability to influence without authority in a high-trust, low-ego environment.

• Experience establishing a marketing operations function from scratch.
