Salary: $67,500 - $80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, research, and evaluate medical literature to create accurate, evidence-based responses.
• Manage adverse event and product complaint intake in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments on product quality issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and client-specific requirements.
• Provide on-call support and staff scientific medical affairs booths as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information clearly and accurately.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
• Ability to work full-time, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility.

Nice to have

• Advanced healthcare degree or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a contact center.
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, or Neurology.
• Experience with medical information database systems.
