Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA. Minimum of 5 days a week onsite required.

Salary: $198,400.00 - $297,600.00 USD

What you will do

• Guide and execute the hirify.global Performance System (MPS) for holistic operational excellence.
• Oversee and optimize 24/5 manufacturing for peripheral vascular product lines.
• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performance engineering team and department budget.
• Execute multi-year strategic engineering roadmaps and report progress to senior management.
• Improve scrap and yield performance using tools like DMAIC, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Partner with Design, Quality, Sourcing, and Advanced Engineering for New Product Introduction (NPI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, or Advanced degree and 8+ years.
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to lead within an FDA-regulated environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Red X methodologies.

Nice to have

• Green or Black Belt certification.
• Deep understanding of Qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Experience managing large, complex transformation initiatives.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with preventative/corrective action processes in a quality system.
