What you will do

• Drive test vehicles for local and long-distance missions, including multi-day trips across the U.S.
• Perform daily vehicle start-up, system engagement, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems while on the road.
• Execute testing protocols in strict accordance with safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports on vehicle performance and system behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback on system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet strict driving record requirements.
• Ability to pass a ten-panel drug screening and criminal background check.
• Technical proficiency with computers and basic hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including air travel.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical driving, fleet operations, or vehicle testing.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools.
• Experience with work management tools like Jira or Slack.
