What you will do

  • Design and champion internal quality programs to drive engineering-wide reliability standards.
  • Define and enforce hard quality telemetry, including DORA metrics and SLIs/SLOs.
  • Architect shift-left pipeline gates for performance, security, and accessibility checks.
  • Build real-world load testing and synthetic data injection architectures.
  • Lead the migration to a unified, AI-supported automation stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment velocity and reduce toil.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python or Go.
  • Experience building and refactoring complex distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of declarative infrastructure as code (IaC) deployment patterns.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Proven ability to build systems with AI agents and validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada to align with team operations.
