What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes for weekly, bi-weekly, and global cycles.
• Reconcile payroll before transmission and validate reports for accuracy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor and manage the payroll team while serving as the primary contact for auditors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, tax equalization, and withholding requirements.
• Drive process improvements and implement global payroll tools and automated solutions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and FP&A teams to manage payroll and equity issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in payroll management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Expertise in multi-state and international payroll, tax equalization, and global compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deel payroll software.
• Strong familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
