What you will do
- Manage accounting transactions to support the receivables process.
- Establish and maintain accurate account reconciliations.
- Prepare and organize documentation required for payment collection.
- Process bank deposits and generate month-end cash reports.
- Utilize daily cash posting activity data for financial reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in accounting or receivables.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and job-related procedures.
- Ability to perform semi-routine tasks with general supervision.
- Capacity to recognize when to deviate from standard practice when necessary.
