What you will do

• Serve as the site Calibration Coordinator to ensure all test equipment remains compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Chair the Material Review Board (MRB) process to facilitate the review and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Conduct process, product, and quality management system audits in accordance with AS9100 requirements.
• Monitor nonconformance trends and provide data to support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality records and documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to drive quality excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing (or 4+ years of equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or compliance role within a regulated environment.
• Proven experience administering quality systems, controlled documentation, and nonconforming material processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check.

Nice to have

• AS9100 Internal Auditor training or certification.
• Experience managing calibration systems and inspection equipment.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies and eQMS/ERP systems.
• ASQ certifications such as CQA, CQT, or CQIA.
