What you will do

• Partner with technology, product, and strategy teams to define and demonstrate future-state enterprise architecture.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate emerging technologies like AI and Web3.
• Lead end-to-end data workflows, including ETL processes and the development of interactive dashboards for decision-making.
• Benchmark fintech startups and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.
• Influence enterprise-wide technology direction by translating industry shifts into actionable product insights.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while ensuring alignment with risk and audit policies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or innovation-focused roles.
• Strong full-stack development skills using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and server-side languages (Python, Java, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data platforms like Snowflake.

• Experience with generative AI tools for software development.
• Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and smart contracts.
