Salary: $166,000–$250,000

What you will do

• Architect and tune end-to-end customer and channel-partner deployments including APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
• Write production-grade code across the full stack using TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
• Act as the credible technical voice for hirify.global when working directly with customer engineering leadership.
• Own the engineering track of Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in on-call escalation paths.
• Develop reusable platform primitives and documentation to accelerate future deployment cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong backend and API fluency with the ability to navigate and modify complex service architectures.
• Sound architectural judgment and the ability to make technical decisions under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at companies with a strong Forward Deployed Engineering culture (e.g., Palantir, Stripe, Plaid).
• Familiarity with identity, fraud, KYC/KYB, or financial services infrastructure.
• Experience with SDK development or embedded front-end integrations.
