What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage AI opportunities to improve product workflows and customer experiences.
• Build reusable AI infrastructure, frameworks, and APIs to enable consistent AI-powered experiences.
• Define interaction models, patterns, and standards for agentic and AI-driven user interfaces.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new LLM-powered interaction models and orchestration tools.
• Mentor engineers and designers on the intersection of UX, systems thinking, and responsible AI development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, design systems, or UX engineering.
• Strong frontend engineering skills and experience with modern web application architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications using LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to prototype quickly and think in systems within 0-to-1 environments.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks, MCP servers, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Expertise in evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering, or AI observability tools.
• Background in computational design or generative interfaces.
