Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Warren, Michigan (Onsite)

What you will do
- Lead the strategy, standards, and rollout of in-process electrical test systems across manufacturing sites.
- Define equipment requirements, Process Control Plans, and technical documentation for consistent plant execution.
- Drive the roadmap and continuous improvement of electrical test systems, including validation and deployment planning.
- Partner with plants, program teams, and engineering to ensure technical alignment and readiness.
- Identify gaps in testing approaches and lead improvements to increase defect detection and efficiency.
- Communicate changes impacting plant readiness and execution across multiple manufacturing sites.
Requirements
- Strong technical experience in automotive manufacturing, electrical test systems, or hardware validation.
- Proven ability to lead technical work across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Experience defining technical standards, equipment requirements, or process controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across plants and strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) to support plant execution.
- Must be able to work onsite full-time at the Warren Tech Center.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with continuity testing or charge-port testing equipment.
- Experience with cost reduction or in-house hardware development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization across multiple manufacturing sites.
