Performance Marketing Manager (Member Growth - B2C): Scale and optimize paid acquisition for B2C member growth by managing paid search, paid social, and paid mobile channels with an accent on budget pacing, A/B test execution, and data-driven reporting. Focus on building, trafficking, QA’ing, and iterating campaigns and feeds while using automation and AI (e.g., smart bidding and feed optimization) to improve CAC efficiency.

hirify.global hires a hands-on performance marketer to grow B2C member acquisition and reduce acquisition costs.

What you will do

  • Run daily operations across paid search, paid social, paid mobile, and partner listings; monitor account health and messaging/targeting consistency.
  • Manage budget pacing and bidding at campaign/ad set/keyword/audience levels to hit targets and maximize efficiency.
  • Build and traffic campaigns, ad sets, and ads from briefs; implement UTMs, verify tracking pixels, and QA settings before launch.
  • Execute A/B tests cleanly, maintain documentation of live vs. paused assets, and report results with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate creative/UGC asset requests and rotation; adapt creatives to platform specs and troubleshoot feed/audience list issues.
  • Verify landing pages, tracking links, and conversion events; partner with product/growth to improve conversion flows using data and automation/AI.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs, optimizing for efficient user acquisition and lowering CAC.
  • Deep in-platform experience with paid search (including Google Performance Max), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and remarketing; paid mobile experience is a plus.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills; experience with GA4, Rockerbox, or comparable analytics/attribution tools.
  • Experience executing and managing A/B tests end-to-end (clean execution and results interpretation).
  • Comfort managing trafficking and adapting creative/UGC assets for platform specs without producing them yourself.
  • Highly organized with rigorous QA for UTMs, pixel tracking, URLs, and budget settings before campaigns go live.
