What you will do

• Own and scale web user acquisition across Meta, Google, and other channels in US markets
• Define and execute performance strategy to hit ROMI targets
• Build and implement playbooks, testing frameworks, and clear scale/kill decision criteria
• Automate and systematize UA operations, introducing SOPs and reducing manual processes
• Lead and develop a team across channels and regions
• Partner with marketing teams to align on strategy and execution

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing in US markets, including 2–3+ years managing a team
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale ($5M+ annual spend)
• Proven track record of building systems such as playbooks, automation, and testing frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with CAC/LTV models, ROI targets, cohort analysis, and incrementality
• Experience managing multi-market / multi-geo paid acquisition setups
