What you will do

• Conduct Agile QA for bugs and stories completed by the development team.
• Interface with support and product management to diagnose and report customer issues.
• Create and execute test plans based on software acceptance criteria.
• Manage testing of major feature development and coordinate with junior testers.
• Configure and monitor long-term and integration tests.
• Mentor other Software QA Specialists to ensure SQA best practices.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Location: Must be based in Liberty Lake, WA.
• Working knowledge of SQL Query, VSCode, and Postman.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and networking terminology.
• Familiarity with web applications and web terminology.
