Senior Software QA Specialist

Location: Liberty Lake, Washington, United States; work from the office 4 days a week.

Salary: $25–$30 USD per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct Agile QA for bugs and development stories.
• Create and execute test plans based on software acceptance criteria.
• Test software, firmware, hardware products, web applications, and customer use cases.
• Diagnose and report customer issues in collaboration with support and product management.
• Configure and monitor long-term and integration tests.
• Manage testing for major features, coordinate junior testers, and mentor Software QA Specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8–10 years of related experience or training.
• Familiarity with web applications and web terminology.
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, mobile operating systems, SQL queries, VSCode, Postman, networking, and computer hardware.
• Ability to work from the Liberty Lake office 4 days per week.
