Salary: $137,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound raw material logistics from Vancouver Port and outbound distribution to US customers.
• Maintain operational ownership of the ASRS system and ensure FEFO compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Act as the primary business owner for supply chain processes within SAP and WMS environments.
• Build, lead, and develop the supply chain and warehouse teams from the ground up.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local, provincial, and federal regulatory standards, as well as food safety and quality requirements.
• Define and track ramp-up KPIs, including inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and safety metrics.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Experience working within manufacturing or ingredient/food environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-border Canada–U.S. logistics and customs documentation.
• Experience supporting operations in automated or ASRS environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chilliwack, BC, Canada.

Nice to have

• Greenfield or plant startup experience with project-to-operations handover.
• APICS, CSCP, PMP, or similar professional certifications.
• Exposure to high-volume port logistics.
