What you will do

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment from a private on-site office.
• Conduct clinical and manager consultations.
• Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings and "lunch and learns".
• Perform urgent or same-day assessments based on availability.
• Coordinate with Lyra team members and employer key contacts.
• Use the Lyra platform for standardized care documentation and schedule management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or a Doctorate in clinical psychology.
• Unrestricted license to work independently without supervision.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, and Exposure therapy.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Experience working with employee populations, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
• Previous experience in public speaking, teaching, or delivering trainings.

Nice to have

• Experience in mental health clinical consultation.
• Previous experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
• Skill in developing content for professional presentations.
