What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable web, software, and mobile applications, including prototypes and POCs.
• Drive technical execution, encompassing requirements gathering, technical design, project planning, and testing strategy.
• Contribute 50–60% of time to writing high-quality, performant, and scalable code.
• Mentor engineers and provide architectural guidance to solve complex technical problems.
• Design and build AI-native applications, integrating LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and business units to align on vision and deliver impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class web applications.
• 7+ years of experience with Object Oriented Languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Solid grasp of JavaScript fundamentals and full-stack development experience.
• Direct experience writing code for integrating with or extending Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong experience with Relational Database design, implementation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY

• Proficiency in using AI for code generation using tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or Augment.
