What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily transactions within the ERP system.
• Execute cycle counts and support annual physical inventory activities.
• Perform kitting of sensitive integrated circuits for assembly by contract manufacturers.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Coordinate material movement between receiving, warehouse, production, and engineering.
• Recommend and implement improvements to inventory processes and warehouse controls.

Requirements

• 4+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
• Willingness to leverage AI-assisted engineering and development tools to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and warehouse management practices.
• Understanding of lot and serial number traceability.
• Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
