Salary: £75,000 – £95,000

What you will do
- Run end-to-end experiments across the marketplace, from ideation to implementation and analysis.
- Build and optimize conversion-focused front-end experiences.
- Write code to integrate performance data with Google Ads to improve targeting efficiency.
- Automate Google Ads configuration and campaign management workflows.
- Own A/B test pipelines and iterate rapidly based on real-time usage data.
- Work autonomously within a lean, fast-paced team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end focus and full-stack breadth.
- Proven ability to think in experiments and articulate the impact of your work.
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and throwaway work when tests fail.
- Autonomous, low-dependency mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools like Claude Code.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.

- Final interview with Co-Founder & CEO (30 min, in-person in London).
