What you will do

• Develop new bakery product application formulas using hirify.global ingredients.
• Demonstrate products and provide technical support to customers, including resolving application issues and developing formulas with them.
• Train internal employees and customer technical staff on product applications and formulas.
• Collaborate with sales through demonstrations, short training sessions, and customer activities to support business targets.
• Record demonstrations, outcomes, follow-up actions, and reports in CRM and other required formats.
• Follow safety, hygiene, personal protective equipment, equipment, and material-handling procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the baking food industry.
• High school education or above; food science or an equivalent major is preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery raw-material applications.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, SAP, and similar office software.
• Ability to work in the stated China location and comply with on-site safety and hygiene requirements.
