Market Product Quality Specialist (Chemistry)

What you will do

• Develop, plan, and manage experimental programs supporting product quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage business-critical quality processes, including new product and raw material introductions and SAP Quality Management parameters.
• Analyze customer product quality complaints and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Innovation, Manufacturing, Process Chemistry, Logistics, Customer Service, suppliers, and customers.
• Consult technical experts to explore innovative product and process improvements.
• Monitor and optimize quality tools and laboratory equipment while building expertise in polyurethane products and quality techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, preferably with relevant initial experience.
• Excellent laboratory skills and willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to interpret results and prepare reports.
• Solution-oriented mindset, stress resistance, and ability to prioritize varied tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
