What you will do

• Own design for squad workstreams from discovery through delivery across web and mobile interfaces.
• Frame complex problems clearly and provide a strong rationale for all design decisions.
• Generate and iterate on multiple concepts rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify and validate problems.
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of the company's design system.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow for research synthesis, concept generation, and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior IC delivering measurable user and business impact.
• Proficiency in the full design process, including framing, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• High craft standards for both mobile and desktop experiences.
• Experience using data and qualitative feedback to drive and measure design success.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Must be based in Spain to be considered for this role.
