Salary: $31.60 – $40.00 per hour

What you will do
- Provide technical and data support for products via phone and email to customers and sales representatives.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry of claims into the Oracle tracking system and complete customer call reports.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required by the role.
- Maintain the department knowledge base and develop best practices to ensure data integrity.
- Manage an active backlog of cases while staying current with system and technology updates.
Requirements
- 4-year degree/certification in Computer Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of technical support data experience working directly with customers.
- Experience installing and upgrading software applications and basic networking understanding.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Server environments.
- Foundational knowledge and basic understanding of SQL.
- Experience with Wireless Technology, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Configuration, and Certificates.

- Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn or WebEx.
