What you will do

• Handle incoming technical and customer support inquiries via the contact center.
• Provide troubleshooting for testing systems and chemistry methods.
• Manage customer escalations and negotiate win-win solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to share Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights.
• Identify and submit sales leads for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Loveland, Colorado (onsite role).
• One year of experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or field service.
• Proficiency with MS Office (minimum 1 year).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• BA or BS degree.
• Experience in drinking water, wastewater, or industrial markets.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle (ERP).
• Prior call center experience.
