What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to client computers and software.
- Create and maintain scripts in C# and SQL for custom client reporting.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest usability improvements.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and scripting changes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Professional experience providing technical support via phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of C# and SQL for scripting.
- Understanding of Windows OS and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
