Team Lead Media Buyer (Crypto)
What You’ll Do:
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta or Google within the Crypto vertical;
- Scale successful funnels and test new approaches;
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), run A/B tests, and improve performance;
- Manage large budgets and allocate them effectively across traffic sources;
- Gradually involving in the management of the buyers team
- Collaborate with analysts and the creative team to strengthen the funnel;
- Contribute to product improvements and suggest enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of media buying experience in Meta (Crypto experience is required);
- Deep understanding of traffic acquisition in native ad networks;
- Proven experience scaling campaigns and identifying growth opportunities;
- Strong understanding of funnels, analytics, and user behavior patterns;
