What you will do

  • Build relationships with customers to drive product adoption and provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Connect marketing objectives with the technical API-driven product and guide customers through complex configurations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Integration Engineers and development teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage a book of 15-20 accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Create training resources and documentation to reduce support tickets and improve onboarding.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with SaaS products and APIs.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, Developers, and Executives.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in the loyalty and promotions industry or relevant marketing-related experience.
